Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), announces an unusual market activity (UMA) for four issuers. The listed companies are PT Sejahtera Bintang Abadi Textile Tbk (SBAT), PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI), PT Damai Sejahtera Abadi Tbk (UFOE), and PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA) on February 8-9, 2021.
Trading data shows, for example, SBAT shares fell sharply by 6.06% or touched the lower auto reject level (ARB) and in the last week, its shares fell 27.91%.
Meanwhile, PURI’s shares also fell 6.48% to the level of Rp 505 per share. This past week, Puri Global shares rose 68.33%. Meanwhile, UFOE and MINA shares fell 2.75% and 6.67% respectively this Wednesday. In the past week, the two shares rose by 115% and 68%, respectively.
In the announcement made by the Head of the Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M. Panjaitan and the Head of the Trade Regulation and Operations Division, Irvan Susandy, the occurrence of UMA did not necessarily indicate a violation of the laws and regulations in the capital market sector.
However, in connection with the occurrence of UMA, the stock exchange is currently monitoring developments regarding issuers’ stock transactions that are on the exchange’s monitoring radar.
Therefore, the stock exchange authority urges investors to pay attention to the answers of listed companies on the exchange confirmation, to pay close attention to the issuer’s performance and the disclosure of information.
