To something else butterfly! Alex Rodriguez seems to be fulfilling its purposes of start a new life and remove from it “what no longer works” now that he is single again.
This weekend, as the thermometer reached stratospheric temperatures in Manhattan and its ex Jennifer López era captured once more with Ben Affleck, AROD he wandered around Manhattan apparently looking for a new apartment.
The hefty 45-year-old ate by himself at the fabulous Bar Pitti, a celebrity favorite in the Big Apple, and visiting at least two properties in the upscale neighborhoods of Tribeca, south of Manhattan and the Upper East Side, further north.
Citing two me Pagesix said AROD was caught walking near Central Park West and West 81st Street, apparently visiting an apartment and then looking outside the tower. This location is where the luxurious Beresford building is located, where celebrities such as the comedian have lived Jerry Seinfeld, the tennis player and commentator John McEnroe, the actress Glenn Close and the singer Diana Ross.

Of course, the visit could simply be with a view to a new investment and would not mean a move for the brand new bachelor. As we well know, during his relationship with JLO, the former Yankee bought two properties in conjunction with the Bronx Diva in Manhattan, Miami and Los Angeles, several of which were later sold.
One of them it was a shocking apartment located in one of the tallest towers in the hemisphere of more than 4,000 square feet and that cost the ex-partner a whopping $ 17.5 million to be sold later, in 2019.
Sources said at the time that JLo and AROD had sold the apartment for “the size of their family, they need something much longer.” Maybe now AROD wants something smaller.
