This year, Mental Health Information Weeks (MHIS) take place from October 7 to 20 with the theme “Moving for our mental health”. Ouest Aveyron Community and its partners offer numerous free activities in the area and for all ages: workshops, film debates, night walks, training, conferences, open houses and games.
Mental health, a fundamental element of our well-being, affects all aspects of daily life. For its 35th edition, this event highlights the idea of movement in all its forms: whether it is a sporting or sociocultural activity, a simple everyday gesture, or even a feeling of better -being after a difficult period.
