In order to improve its services, the telecommunications company Movilnet maintains active virtual service channels so that customers can report coverage outages, requirements, complaints and requests via WhatsApp instant messaging.
In this sense, the Company has updated its service numbers through WhatsApp to respond to requests through this platform from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Customers will be able to make any request or complaint, thus having a more direct channel to manage and solve their problems.
