Movie theater or cinema?

news-id-23112" style="display:inline;">The other day I went to the cinema, I haven’t been to the cinema for a long time, work, business, vanity, there was no time. And then I carved out an evening for myself, read so many reviews, chose a film, tuned in, thought “I’ll go and rest” …
But it wasn’t there, the whole buzz from watching was broken off by some young one! Which, throughout the entire session, left the hall, maybe 6 times, but it was not easy to go out, but he ran for beer. It was unpleasant to say, it was like saying nothing. Sat and crunched chips, burped, stank of beer …
I think everyone who has ever been to the cinema has gone through this, but it’s unpleasant, don’t you agree?! And imagine you came there with your children, and there is such a “miracle” nearby. You try to give the right upbringing, set the right example, and here it is. What then to tell the children that this is normal ??? Or you came with a girl, or with your parents, or with younger brothers and sisters, what will it be like for them to sit next to such a person, imagine, especially if you yourself do not drink alcohol ???
And now the question to the authorities, control and supervisory bodies: WHY IS THE SALE AND DRINKING OF ALCOHOLIC DRINKS IN CINEMAS ALLOWED???
After all, Article 336 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Responsibility prohibits drinking alcoholic beverages and appearing drunk in public places.

And according to subparagraph 4) of paragraph 54 of the Instruction on maintaining a unified card record of statements and reports on crimes, criminal cases, the results of their investigation and judicial review, approved by order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 7, 2014 No. 80, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 11 2014 No. 9730, cinemas are recognized as a public place.

Why do movie theaters and shopping centers allow such a gross violation of the law? Why are my civil rights violated? When I go to a movie theater, I don’t want to feel like I’m in a bar! I don’t want to be breathed on. If a person wants to drink, let him go to a cafe where it is allowed.

I ask the supervisory authorities to pay attention to this issue!
