Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) has announced the opening of Al Hira Beach in Al Fisht area of Sharjah which is the longest beach in Sharjah city and spans a length of 3.5 Km. Marine a Sharjah, and the latest opportunity for investors and entrepreneurs in the entertainment and hospitality sector to benefit from quality tourism destinations in the emirate.
The project features 18 commercial units, including a selection of restaurants and cafés, a men’s and women’s sports club, a professional skate park, art sculptures belonging to the Maraya Art Center and a number of public service facilities.
Shurooq said 3 of the commercial units opened today (December 22) and include a restaurant, cafe and sports club as well as all service facilities, with 3 more commercial units by the end of the year and two units in January 2023, provided that the remaining units open by the end of the first quarter Starting in the year 2023.
This occurred in a telephone conversation with Ahmed Obaid Al-Qaseer, Acting Executive Director of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), with the “Direct Line” program, in which he explained that the Al-Hira Beach project is one of the most vital implemented by “Shurooq” to serve citizens, residents and tourists in Sharjah city under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme and Ruler Council of Sharjah, and the follow-up and Supervised by Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of Sharjah (Shurooq) Investment and Development Authority.
Al-Qasir stressed that the Al-Hira Beach project will provide a new and qualitative experience for visitors and tourists within the city of Sharjah and will constitute one of the distinctive waterfronts of the emirate and the country due to the services it will provide, hospitality and entertainment facilities and various service, sports and arts facilities.
The opening of the project in its current phase has included public amenity facilities for beachgoers, already operating jogging and cycling paths within the project, Tim Hortons Café, Virginia Angus Steakhouse, as well as the Qudra Fitness Gym and children’s recreation areas. prayer rooms for men and women, as well as outdoor space for seasonal celebrations and vehicle parking.
The project, whose exterior design was inspired by marine life and waves, is divided into 3 sections, each section containing 6 units comprising a cluster of cafés and restaurants selected to cater to the wishes and tastes of visitors and tourists.
The list of restaurants and cafés due to open under the project by the end of Q1 2023 includes: Place Café, At Café, Pickle Restaurant, Turkish Lemon Restaurant, Tea Gate Restaurant and Philly Select Restaurant. , Arabian Fish House Restaurant , India Palace Restaurant, Golden Dragon Restaurant and Aloe Berber Restaurant.

As part of Shurooq’s partnership with international skater Dakota Schuetz, the Al Hira Beach project will soon include the Kota Professional Skate Park in Sharjah, which contains various rinks for all levels of skate sport including skateboards, skates, scooters and bicycles. which includes a children’s track that surrounds the skate park from the outside and takes into account the highest safety standards.
The project includes artistic sculptures belonging to the Maraya Art Center, through which it aims to present innovative art programs to the public during the first quarter of 2023.
