I did not take this warning seriously, and here is the deplorable result. It seems that the camera in my iPhone is slowly but surely dying.
How to avoid this problem
Today, almost all kicksharing scooters are equipped with a convenient smartphone holder. And on private electric bikes and scooters, literally everyone has this accessory.
But if you have an iPhone, refrain from using it on the steering wheel of your electric vehicle. Otherwise, sooner or later your camera will also start to work unstable.
Personally for myself, I solved the problem simply: I bought a simple used smartphone on Android, on which I installed Yandex.Maps, inserted it once into the holder on my steering wheel, and I don’t shoot it anymore. Even if it is stolen during some kind of stop, it will not be as pathetic as if it were an iPhone 13 Pro Max with a terabyte of memory in its place.
Better yet, don’t use gadgets at all when you’re driving a vehicle that can go over 20 km/h. If you need to look at something on your smartphone, stop, take it out of your pocket and look. Take care of yourself and those around you.
