Motorola will release the Moto E7 on December 1, a budget smartphone with a 6.5 “LCD, 2GB ram and 32GB flash storage. The Android device has a 4000mAh battery and a USB-C connection, but no NFC.
The screen of the Moto E7 has a 20: 9 ratio and a resolution of 1600×720 pixels. At the top is a drop-shaped notch for the 5-megapixel front camera. The device has a primary camera at the back with a 48-megapixel sensor with a quad-bayer filter. In doing so, four pixels are combined, resulting in 12-megapixel photos. The device also has a macro camera with 2-megapixel resolution.
The presence of USB-C on the Moto E7 is striking because the recently released more expensive Moto E7 Plus has a Micro-USB connection. That device has a larger 5000mAh battery and a Snapdragon 450-soc, more ram and more flash storage. In other respects the devices are comparable. The phone runs on Android 10 and has a fingerprint scanner on the back of the case.
