A motorist did not stop at a stop sign and ran over a policeman in the Vratsa village of Rogozen, after which he fled the scene.
The uniformed man was hospitalized with leg fractures. At 5 p.m., a police patrol checks the entrance to the village. One of the policemen notices that the motorcyclist is moving at high speed.
Subsequently, the motorcyclist was found and detained for 24 hours. The police reported that the young man is 23 years old and has been convicted. No motorcycle driving license.
“Arrogant behavior, and this is not a one-time occurrence, since he came ten days ago. I am personally a witness, I called the police about the excessive speed, I saw him driving with my own eyes, those people tried to do something, but clearly it was not enough,” the mayor of the village, Plamen Kyukovski, told bTV.
“In Germany he is a trafficker, here he is harassed, something happened here. You have no idea, since he came, how many police have been following him,” said the motorcyclist’s uncle, Goran Lindov.
Before the violation, the young man removed the registration plates of the bike.
