Seriously injured in the head, she was declared dead in the evening. The 24-year-old driver who was hit suffered a broken rib. According to him, the defendant did not respect a stop sign before hitting his vehicle.
An opinion shared by the expert, who estimated the speed of the thirty-something at 30 km / h. According to him, the speed would have been slower if the stop sign had been marked by the motorist. “I marked the stop. I just stepped forward to have visibility, ”said the defendant for his part. The latter also expressed his “infinite regret”.
