The woman hit the road with her car around 9 am this morning, presumably due to a gust of wind, and hit a tree.
Only passenger
She was taken seriously injured to the hospital. There she died of her injuries early in the evening. The driver was the only passenger in the car.
Today the storm Dennis swept across the Netherlands. Roof tiles and sometimes entire roofs of houses blew in many places. There was also a lot of nuisance on the track and on the road due to heavy showers and strong winds.
In Great Britain three people died by the storm.
