This morning, in the area known as La Arrocera, before the San Juan Opico detour in La Libertad, a traffic accident occurred that claimed the life of a motorcyclist.
According to preliminary information, at 10:00 in the morning, a truck hit the motorcyclist, identified as 22-year-old Giovanny, and dragged him against the back of a dump truck from the Ministry of Public Works. Despite the prompt intervention of Cruz Verde Salvadoreña lifeguards, Giovanny no longer showed vital signs.
Likewise, lifeguards treated two people who were traveling in the truck and were injured in the incident.
Giovanny’s body was left lying on the road, while authorities worked at the scene to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
