BOLASPORT.COM – Sports Director Ducati Corse, Paolo Ciabatti, confirmed the presence of their former driver, Casey Stoner, in the final racing series of the season, MotoGP Valencia 2021.
Last weekend, Casey Stoner making a comeback debut to the team garage Ducati Lenovo at the Algarve Circuit, Portimao, Portugal.
Stoner’s presence is the first since 2018.
The impact is positive. Two current Ducati riders, Francesco Bagnaia and Jack Miller managed to finish in the top 5 at the 2021 Algarve MotoGP race.
Bagnaia came out victorious, while Miller was ranked fourth.

Thanks to the results inscribed by Bagnaia and Miller, Ducati successfully beat Yamaha in the hunt for the 2021 MotoGP constructors’ world title.
Although many suggested that Stoner was recruited by Ducati again to become a coach, Paolo Ciabatti insisted that it would not materialize.
However, Ciabatti can promise that Stoner will return to help his team in the final race of the season in Valencia, Spain.
