However, in contrast to Rossi who is preparing to step on the gas, a Repsol Honda racer Marc Marquez is certain to miss the opening series in Qatar because they are still injured.
Repsol Honda said that the progress of Marc Marquez’s right arm fracture recovery actually continued to increase after the third operation on December 3, 2020.
In particular, the Repsol Honda team assessed that Marc Marquez’s right arm bone or humerus, which had been infected, had improved clinically, mainly due to the intensity of the exercise.
However, the medical team of Marc Marquez, led by Doctors Samuel Antuna and Ignacio Roger de Ona, did not want to risk giving permission to race.
Because, Marc Marquez’s bone consolidation process has not been completed completely. The medical team is concerned that Marc Marquez’s arm injury will get worse if forced to race.
