Masriah, Sidoarjo mothers who sprinkled urine and feces into their neighbors’ homes have been released after serving 1 month in prison. The victim’s family, Wiwik, will file a civil lawsuit against Masriah in the amount of IDR 1 billion.
Reported detikJatim, attorney for the Wiwik family, Dimas Pangga Putra, said that his party would file a civil lawsuit. The compensation claim is valid from 2016 to 2023.
“It is planned that Mrs. Wiwik will file a civil lawsuit to seek compensation. The civil lawsuit is Rp. 1 billion immaterial and Rp. 130 million material. These losses are calculated from 2016 to May 2023,” said Dimas, Sunday (2/7/2023).
Dimas said the lawsuit would be submitted to the Sidoarjo District Court (PN) on Wednesday (5/7/2023). The claim is in accordance with the losses incurred such as the cost of painting, the cost of replacing the fence and reimbursement for the cost of buying a floor cleaner.
“Because there are administrative matters that must be completed, our team will submit a lawsuit to the Sidoarjo District Court on Wednesday (5/7),” explained Dimas.
“In the submission of the lawsuit, the plaintiff will be assisted later. The lawsuit was filed by 3 people, namely Nur Mas’ud,
Mrs. Wiwik and Mrs. Wike (daughter of Mrs. Wiwik),” added Dimas.
