The grief is being felt by Artist Ayu Anjani. His mother and sister died in a boat accident in the waters of Komodo National Park, Labuan Bajo on Tuesday (28/6).
Ayu tries to forgive the departure of her mother and sister. However, Ayu couldn’t help but cry while expressing her disappointment.
This 31-year-old woman was shocked and disappointed because her mother and sister died because they were trapped on the lower deck of the ship.
“What shocked me was that mom didn’t drown because she was swimming or snorkeling, mom and sister weren’t trapped on the boat deck, I didn’t accept it there,” said Ayu Anjani in Cikarang, Wednesday (29/6).
Ayu further said that she did not think that the accident happened to two of her family members.
“I didn’t think it happened to my own family. I also have a ship and I always warn the crew of the ship what I should do. So you can imagine how it feels like Mom isn’t there because of that,” he added.

In addition, Ayu Anjani also felt very sad and hurt because none of the crew members wanted to go down to save her mother.
Even though when the ship she was traveling on sank, Ayu Anjani’s mother had screamed for help to be saved.
“I feel very sad and hurt. That’s why my mother was trapped because no one dared to go downstairs, even though my mother’s position was still asking for help,” he explained again.
Ayu also confirmed that the boat that her mother and sister were on did not leak at all.
“The ship was tilted, indeed the ship did not leak. If it leaked, the ship sank and until now it has not been found,” he concluded.
