A woman identified as Mirta Isabel Cabrera (35), has been missing since yesterday, in Ciudad del Este. Her partner, César Benítez (30) wanted to report the incident but was delayed at the First Police Station.
Doralicia Cubilla Cabrera, the victim’s sister, was alerted by the boss of the now-disappeared woman that she did not arrive at her place of work yesterday and that she did not answer calls. In the early hours of this Saturday she went to her sister’s house but could not find her.
His brother-in-law, César Benítez, and their vehicle were not in the house either, a Toyota, Sienta model, black, without a plate, but their belongings were scattered inside the room of the house.
Benítez went to the first police station to make himself available and was delayed. The fact was communicated to the prosecutor on duty, Carolina Rosa Gadea, who ordered that the records be immediately forwarded to that tax unit.
Arrest was imparted through the National Police 911 System, participation was given to personnel from the search and location Department and National Police Anti-Kidnapping Staff.
