HEEL – An unmanned high construction crane toppled over on Monday afternoon in Heel (Limburg) due to an unknown cause. The colossus landed in a garden where at that time a 4-year-old child was playing. The child was released with a fright. His mother was at home at the time of the fall: “I knew he was in the garden and saw enormous havoc, then panic set in.”
