The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Prosecutor’s Office has requested an 18-year prison sentence from a mother for recording several videos in which she is seen abusing her son while visiting him at his grandparents’ home in La Palma, where the minor was He was in foster care.
The Public Ministry reports that on September 26, 2021, while he was with the child and was having a conversation through a mobile application with his sentimental partner, he took advantage of a carelessness by the caregivers and recorded four videos of pornographic content with the minor.
One of them lasted four seconds, another 21, one plus 55 and finally another 26 seconds, in which he groped and performed three fellatios in one of which the mother appears completely naked.
All these videos were sent to his sentimental partner, apparently with the intention of getting him turned on.
The Public Ministry considers that there is an alleged abuse of a child under 16 years of age and another for the production of child pornography, for which reason it requests that a sentence of 12 years be imposed for the first offense, six for the second and the payment compensation of 2,000 euros to the victim.
Other accessory penalties would be that she cannot accept the third degree until she has served half the sentence, staying away from her son and not communicating with him for 17 years and another six of probation.
The Prosecutor’s Office also requests that the defendant be disqualified from exercising the rights of parental authority for five years and that for another ten years she cannot engage in any profession, trade or activities that involve maintaining direct contact with minors.
