Mother Denies Accusations of Child Neglect and Malnourishment

On BFMTV, the mother in the presence of her lawyer, Mr. Koukezian, reacted to the facts of which he is accused. “I am absolutely outraged. We were happy before July, and now my son is in a lot of pain.”

Sent back to the criminal court, Stéphanie assures us that everything she is accused of is totally false. According to her, her son led a “happy and fulfilling” life with the outside world. He was still healthy and had no difficulty speaking.

Regarding his state of health, Ouest France reported that the child weighed 25 kilos and was malnourished. To these accusations, the mother retorts. “I confirm that my son is of fine morphology, but as far as food is concerned, (…) he always had to eat obviously, as much as he wanted”she assures on BFMTV.

“We have a very rich outer life, many people know uscontinues to insist Stéphanie before mentioning the fact that her child is not registered in school. Yes I teach him myself but not only. When we lived in Paris, we went on cultural outings, to the museum, to the cinema or to the library.”

The mother of the child, who is now placed, is indicted for “acts of evasion by a parent of his legal obligations compromising the health, safety, morality or education of his child, and deprivation of care or food compromising the health of a minor under 15 years of age by ascendant or person having authority”.

The penalties incurred can go up to 7 years in prison and a fine of 100,000 euros.
