According to the police report, the officers responded to an alert of an alleged drowning in a residence south of Phoenix, on January 20 near 7:30 pm. When the authorities arrived at the residence, they found three underage minors.

Court documents show that the aunt went to look for the children’s father at work when Henry began to suffocate each minor, starting with the one who was only one year old.
