Mother Charged with Involuntary Manslaughter After Baby Found Dead in 10-Foot Pipe: Schenectady Tragedy

A tragedy has rocked the community of Schenectady, New York, where a 24-year-old mother, Persia Nelson, faces a charge of involuntary manslaughter in the death of her 11-month-old daughter, Halo Branton.
