jpnn.com, Kupang – The case of mother and child murder in Kupang is entering a new phase.
The NTT Police investigator team has transferred the dossier of the first stage of the mother and child murder case for suspect IU alias Ira Ua to the NTT High Prosecutor’s Office.
The Director of General Criminal Investigation at the NTT Police, AKBP Patar Silalahi, conveyed that the submission of the first phase of the case file was carried out after the investigation team arrested and detained the suspect Ira Ua who lost in the pretrial hearing against the NTT Police on Tuesday (24/5).
AKBP Patar expects support from all the people so that the case of the murder of mothers and children in Kupang City can be uncovered.
It is hoped that the files sent are complete so that the trial process can also be carried out immediately, as has been done by the first suspect, who is the victim’s husband named Randy Bajideh.
He explained that after being absent from the first summons, suspect Ira Ua finally complied with the summons of the NTT Police investigators on May 24 and 25.
After being questioned, Ira Ua was immediately detained by NTT Police investigators.
“During the BAP, we strengthened the evidence, witnesses and evidence in the form of expert witness statements and other digital evidence,” explained AKBP Patar Silalahi.
