Former basketball player Magic Johnson threw another great “pitch,” but this time off the court by getting vaccinated against COVID-19 along with his good friend, Arsenio Hall and another Los Angeles icon, Danny Trejo.
Magic received his first injection of the Pfizer vaccine this Wednesday at the vaccination site of the University of Southern California (USC). The NBA Hall of Famer said “I’ve been waiting for the vaccine for a while,” because he wants some peace of mind after a year of strict hand washing and wearing masks.

Danny received the first dose of the Moderna vaccine and has a message for those “tough” who think they don’t need an injection. Danny said that “anyone who is undecided should step up for their loved ones.”
