Moselle uprooted: the department reconnects with its history


Rarely mentioned in history books, the Moselle goes back to a little-known page of its past, that of the forced evacuation of 400,000 Mosellans at the dawn of the Second World War. To reconnect with its history, the department is preparing to commemorate, from October 28 to 31, the 80th anniversary of this uprooted Moselle.
