He added that work is currently underway on a bilateral legal agreement, within which the “road map” will also be agreed. At the beginning of the month, the head of Gazprom, Alexey Miller, said that the Turkish side is reviewing the decisions on the previous South Stream project in order to proceed with the Turkish Stream and the construction of the sea section of the gas pipeline from the Russian coast to the Turkish coast.
On September 7, Gazprom announced that it had received the first permits from Ankara for “Turkey Stream” and now the project is entering the stage of practical implementation.
