Amsterdam – Home buyers attention: mortgage rates have now really started to rise. With 1.3% for a fixed-interest period of ten years with NHG, the most important rate is still extremely low, but a few weeks ago you could still get a mortgage with around 1.1% interest. Some lenders have even increased their interest rates by 0.35 percentage points, says Advisory chain Van Bruggen.
