Banners and commercials for Hogwarts Legacy began to appear in the fighting game’s main menu, with clickable links to the game’s purchase page. At the same time, it will not be possible to remove them – the notification will remain at the top of the screen. Gamers criticized such a campaign, noting that there is practically nothing in common between the games. The only thing Mortal Kombat and Hogwarts Legacy have in common is Warner Bros., which owns the rights to both franchises.
Earlier it became known that the game in the universe of “Harry Potter” earned more than a billion dollars and entered the top five most profitable titles of Warner Bros. And the developers of Mortal Kombat began to tease the next part of the fighting game.
