It seems that NetherRealm wanted to celebrate the event DC FanDome which is celebrated today with some special content in Mortal Kombat 11.
It is a special event of Joker Tower which is actually a nod to all the action that the DC brand has offered over the years. At the moment it is unknown how long this event will last, since only the message that you have below has been published on social networks.
