The Consulate General in Düsseldorf is calling on Moroccans on Facebook to give their opinion on the services provided.
Düsseldorf – The Moroccan Consulate General in Düsseldorf has published an appeal on its own Facebook page, asking all Moroccans to answer a few questions about the perceived work of the diplomatic mission.
The post states, among other things:
“As part of a measure to optimize the consular service, we hereby call for participation in a survey which deals with the perception and status of the implementation of consular tasks.
The opinion of the participants is of essential importance for this study.
We ask you to share our social media page and this survey with your partners, friends, family and network.
Opinions should be given in the comments.
When collecting opinions or feedback from Moroccans and other nationals, it is pointed out that the comment function on Facebook should be used. The consulate seems to be interested in expressions of opinion or evaluations in various areas. The post goes on to say:
“We ask that you share your opinions and experiences in the comments. You also have the option of expressing your opinion by email.
If you have any questions, please email secretary.ministere.mace.gov@diplomats.com.
