Morocco Capital Markets Days-2024 in London to promote the Moroccan stock market

The 2024 edition of Morocco Capital Markets Days (MCMD), the flagship international event of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, begins Thursday in London, with a view to promoting the Moroccan stock market.

This 7th edition of the MCMD sees the participation of the Minister of Economy and Finance, Nadia Fettah Alaoui, the President of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority, Ms. Nezha Hayat, and a Moroccan delegation composed of representatives of the Stock Exchange, managers of listed companies and capital market operators, indicates a press release from the Casablanca Stock Exchange. This unmissable meeting, which continues until Friday, is led by Kamal Mokdad and Tarik Senhaji, respectively chairman of the Board of Directors and general director of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, as well as the Moroccan ambassador to the United Kingdom. , Hakim Hajoui, specifies the same source. Like previous years, the MCMD 2024 sees the participation of influential British personalities, such as the Lord Mayor of London, Michael Mainelli, the Secretary of State for the Treasury, Bim Afolami, in addition to representatives of the financial ecosystem of the United Kingdom, the press release added. The event plans, in addition to the plenary conference, more than 120 “one/one” sessions for the 26 listed companies who travel to London to meet investors from all walks of life.
