Moroccan National Team Gears Up for African Cup of Nations Qualifiers in Côte d’Ivoire

The Moroccan national team continues its final preparations to participate in the 2024 African Cup of Nations qualifiers in Côte d’Ivoire.

In this context, the team conducted a final training session yesterday, Thursday, at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Maamoura.

The team’s delegation is scheduled to move to the city of Agadir on Friday, where the team will conduct a final training session at Adrar Stadium to get used to its ground, in preparation for the most important confrontations in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Coach Walid Regragui is scheduled to hold a press conference on Friday in the conference hall of the Grand Agadir Stadium, to discuss preparations for the Moroccan national team’s match with its Liberian counterpart.

The decisive match will be against the Liberia national team on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at the Adrar Stadium in Agadir. This match will be the sixth and final round in the 2024 African Cup of Nations qualifiers in Côte d’Ivoire.

Regarding preparations for the major tournament, the Moroccan national team will meet its Burkinabé counterpart on Tuesday, September 12, in a friendly match that will be held in Lens, France, at Stade Paulert-Deliles, as part of its preparations for its participation in the 2024 African Cup of Nations finals in Côte d’Ivoire.
