Moroccan higher education institutions elect the best HR managers

Scheduled for June 2024 on the sidelines of the show MASTER PLUS, the HR AWARDS reward the most prominent HR managers according to higher education institutions. Update on methodology.

By creating a bridge between major schools on one side and recruiters on the other, the HR AWARDS aim to strengthen the links between the academic world and the professional world. Launched by the magazine Campus Mag, at the origin of the Top School in Morocco label, the first and only ranking of engineering and management schools in Morocco recognized by the State, the RH AWARDS are based exclusively on the assessments of a consortium of renowned higher education schools, whose mission is to nominate the human resources departments of their choice in several categories: educational partnerships, social impact, innovation, professional integration, employer brand, continuing education, well-being… We’ll get it understood, the aim of the HR AWARDS is to identify, reward, and ultimately, promote HR managers on the basis of a methodology based on reliability, proximity and transparency.

The choice of schools

But then, in concrete terms, how does it work? Initially, the major schools are invited to nominate one or more HR directors on the site www.masterplus.ma in the category(ies) of their choice. After a counting process, the recruiters having received the most votes will be declared winners. The reveal of the winners will take place on June 22, 2024 on the sidelines of the MASTER PLUS show, in the presence of HR managers and representatives of the major schools.
