The same Europeans who established colonies in many parts of the world also colonized Morocco. Spain and Portugal have also tasted Moroccan soil. Now this small country is responding to the political hegemony of years ago through Qatari soil. This too remembering their ancestors from European countries wearing a protective suit. None of this was happening through the back door.
