Chairman Mori said yesterday (12th) at a joint meeting with directors and councilors of the organizing committee, saying, “I am sorry for causing a lot of trouble to many people with inappropriate remarks.”
Chairman Mori faced fierce criticism at home and abroad after the contents of the meeting, which he said on the 3rd, saying, “A meeting with many women takes time” was released.
As the successor, Seiko Hashimoto, the Olympic Prize in charge of the Olympic Games, the organizing committee formed a committee to select a successor to President Mori, and decided to enter the formal procedure for the replacement of the president.
