This is a new rule that risks to talk, but it has the merit of being drastic. In order to fight against the spread of the coronavirus, the bank Morgane Stanley has indicated to its employees, contractors and customers that they will no longer have access to the establishment’s offices if they are not vaccinated as of July 12th.
This ad was featured in a internal message signed by the company’s human resources manager Mandell Crawley, a source close to the investment bank said on Wednesday, June 23. Employees therefore have until July 1 to report whether they have been vaccinated.
James Gorman, the head of the American bank, however, indicated last week that 90% of the staff returning to the office had already been vaccinated. Once the rule is implemented, all employees will be able to to abandon the mask and the rules of physical distancing. Unvaccinated people will have to work remotely. In order to enter the bank’s premises, customers and visitors will have to declare on their honor that they have received the serum against the coronavirus.
