More than 80 military aircraft, 30 countries; ‘Tarang Shakti 2024’ launched in Tamil Nadu, focuses on military cooperation

Delhi: India’s international air exercise Tarang Shakti 2024 has begun. 51 countries were invited to be part of the air exercise. 30 countries will participate. The event will be held at Sulur in Tamil Nadu and Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

Air exercise lasting two months. More than 80 military aircraft from foreign countries and India. Countries including America, France, Germany, Spain, UK, Australia, Greece, UAE and Singapore will be part of the program with their military aircraft. Air Force Vice Chief Air Marshal AP Singh said that the aim is to strengthen the strength of India’s military cooperation in the field of defence.

The first phase will be held in Sulur, Tamil Nadu. More than 12 countries will be part of the exercises here. The event will be held in Jodhpur from August 29 to September 14. 18 countries will participate. Indian Air Force aircraft including Tejas, Rafale, Mirage 2000 and Jaguar will also participate in the event. Training programs, defense demonstrations and cultural exchange programs are also part of the exercise.
