Jakarta

Online petition rejecting holiday allowance (THR) the state civil apparatus (ASN/PNS) is not disbursed 100% more and more being signed. The petition is entitled ‘Revision of THR Rules for 2023 for ASN’.

The petition emerged after the government determined that 2023 THR for civil servants would not be 100% disbursed. The component of the performance allowance (tukin) is only 50%, then the basic salary/retirement and attached benefits (family allowance, food allowance, structural/functional/general position allowance) are added.

The petition was started by the account @persada sm809 asking President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to revise the 2023 PNS THR rules contained in Government Regulation (PP) Number 15 of 2023. As of 14.00 WIB, the petition has been signed by 7,503 accounts and is still increasing. the amount.

“ASN are not only servants of the state, but are in charge of the family. ASN do not speak out because they are ungrateful and want to disobey the Government, but only want to ask for “mercy” from the rulers of this country,” wrote the reason for making the petition, quoted on Sunday (2/2019). 4/2023).

According to him, the last 3 years have been a form of ASN dedication to the country in the midst of various trials that have come their way. However, his efforts were deemed not appreciated by the government.

“We ask Mr. President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo to be able to revise his decision regarding the amount of THR ASN in 2023. We don’t use this THR for extravagance, but we use it for our parents, wife, children and relatives. Don’t compare us with officials and employees of agencies who are rolling in money,” he wrote.

Those who signed the petition also left comments. Some of them insinuated that the Ministry of Finance’s Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) was given a bonus because tax realization was achieved, while other people’s rights had to be deducted.

“It’s just common civil servants who are sacrificed, officials and their own agencies get bonuses, show off their wealth and big fortune. Why are they only prosperous for their own group, the others are considered a burden on the state budget. He said the state budget is surplus, the financial balance is healthy, the economy is skyrocketing, but the Directorate General of Taxes gets a bonus, others continue to cut their rights,” wrote the comment.

“Prohibition of living in luxury for ASN, hahahaluuu. Even a ban, you order hedon, we will not be able to afford it except for the sultanate and now our modest tukin is cut by 50%. The performance of the best ministers in Asia Pacific and their ranks really need not be doubted, ngoahahaha,” wrote an account named ‘Fate is Not the Ministry of Finance’.

100% THR for PNS is also considered unfair when the government through the Ministry of Manpower asks private employers to pay THR in full.

“What model of government is this, the private sector is being asked to pay in full, while the government apparatus itself is cut by 50%. Salaries have never increased, while basic commodities, fuel and transportation have skyrocketed. It’s really tyrannical, our fate in areas far from home just wants to go home with The family is gone,” he said.
