Drone images show a ghostly backdrop: white refrigerated trailers are lined up in the port of New York. A sinister cargo hides in them. More than 600 corona deaths have been waiting for a funeral since May.
The metropolis of New York was the first epicenter of the corona pandemic in the USA. In the meantime, more than 34,000 people have died of Covid-19 in the metropolis – more than in any other state in the USA. The authorities were overwhelmed with the rapidly increasing number of deaths, so temporary solutions had to be found.
Ghostly recordings now show that these temporary solutions are far from over. There are numerous white refrigerated trailers on an industrial site in Brooklyn. There are more than 600 corona dead in them, waiting for a proper burial.
