Today Children’s Day is being celebrated in Colombia. Given this, in an alliance between the Government of Huila, the Mayor’s Office of Tello, the National Police and other entities, Children’s Day was celebrated in the municipality of Tello, more than 500 boys and girls who attended with their parents enjoyed a day full of games, gifts and fun.
Tania Penafiel, governor (e) of Huila, assured that this celebration is carried out simultaneously in several municipalities of the country and in Tello, as in the rest of the municipalities of the department, this day is also celebrated for boys and girls.
For its part, the Huila Police participates in the celebration of Children’s Day in the 33 municipalities responsible for this police unit and is linked to the activities with the Group for Children and Adolescents, Gaula, Prevention and Citizen Education with all the offer institutional.
During this weekend in Garzón, Pitalito, La Plata, Baraya, Yaguará, Guadalupe, Campoalegre and the rest of the municipalities, the Police carry out activities in favor of children.
