More than 2750 corona patients admitted, influx stabilizes | Inland

The number of Covid patients admitted has fluctuated around 2700 for more than a week, with a peak of 2845 last Tuesday. The LCPS pointed out on Sunday that the influx of Covid patients has stabilized last week. There are also “cautious signs” that the increase in corona occupation is decreasing.

There are now 611 corona patients in intensive care, 13 more than on Sunday. That is the highest number since May 20. The nursing wards are currently treating 2143 corona patients, an increase of 49 compared to the day before.

In the past 24 hours, 211 new corona patients were brought into the nursing wards, the lowest number in three weeks. 51 patients with corona were admitted to the ICUs.
