The health crisis has prevented CAMPO from resuming holding technical seminars, that every year bring together thousands of farmers from Castilla y León.
In a singular way, the Potato Day of El Carpio (Valladolid) The season of this tuber opens every year and in 2021 it was time to celebrate the ninth edition.
The agrarian publication has made a virtue of necessity and has reformulated the holding of professional meetings by publishing special editions dedicated to the main crops of the community, to which is added sending the ‘participants’ in the days of a complete case with all the information on varieties, health, fertilization and machinery linked to these productions.
The first shipments are already reaching farmers in potato and beet, many of whom have already received the documentation at home.
In the kits, which are received by CAMPO subscribers and those farmers who have participated in previous sessions by voluntarily giving their data, they are also included different gifts, elements of ‘merchandising’ of some of the main companies linked to these crops.
In the coming weeks will be held new virtual encounters dedicated to vineyards, arboriculture, irrigation, horticulture or organic farming.
