Egyptian filmmakers live in a state of nostalgia for the works that were produced years ago and achieved great success, so some of them decided to produce new parts of these works.

This matter was widely circulated two years ago, when Mohamed Heneidy announced his desire to produce a second part of the movie “Saidi at the American University”, which brought together a large number of stars at the beginning of their career.

The film, which was shown a quarter of a century ago, was able to achieve public success that exceeded expectations, and caused the emergence of a new generation of actors who dominated cinema for years.

Despite the fact that the film has not yet seen the light and has not yet been implemented, the filmmakers surprised everyone with successive similar announcements, as it was announced that a second part of the movie “The Beholder”, which was shown 23 years ago, would be produced, starring the late Alaa Wali El Din and Ahmed. Helmy and Mohamed Saad.

Producer and director Magdy El Hawary announced the presentation of a new movie called “Ibn Al Nazer”, provided that this work is an extension of what happened in the first movie. Author Ahmed Abdullah is working on writing it, especially since he wrote the movie “The Beholder” in partnership with director Sharif Arafa.

Majdi Al-Hawari was not satisfied with this matter, as he surprised the followers and announced that he was close to implementing a new part of the movie “55 Ambulance”, which was shown 22 years ago, and starred Ahmed Helmy, Muhammad Saad and Ghada Adel.

This movie ended with the phrase, “Wait for us at 66 Fire Station,” referring to the existence of a new part, but it was not implemented. Magdy El Hawary recently published this scene from the movie, commenting: “I promise you, God willing, it will happen.”

This matter was excited by many, in light of what these works represent, which have achieved great successes and are still associated with the cinema audience until now, despite the passage of many years since their presentation.
