In the cultural field, the Los Pinos Cultural Complex was opened, as well as the Environmental Culture Center and the Scenic Pavilion; in addition, the new headquarters of the National Film Library is being built, which will have eight rooms and an open-air cinema.
In the information presented to President López Obrador, it was noted that the restoration and sanitation of the Tacubaya River is already 98 percent complete.
The head of the Ministry of Culture, Alejandra Frausto, said that before the end of the six-year term, the fourth section of the forest, which was the former assembly plant for the military industry, will be opened to the public. The land was donated by the Ministry of National Defense.
We are 92 percent complete; by the end of September it will be ready for the four sections to meet.

In addition, the forest can be explored via a network of paths, trails, and bridges.
The project is one of the most ambitious that has existed in culture in recent times, not only in the country, but in the world. A project of urban, cultural and environmental justice.
