Another reporter had to die during the coverage World Cup 2022 in Qatar. The deceased journalist is now Khalid Al-Misslam.
Reported by the Daily Mail, the sad news was given by the Gulf Times Qatar. Khalid Al-Misslam, who became a photographer for Al Kass TV, is said to have died on the job.
“Al Kass TV photojournalist Khalid al-Misslam passed away recently. Al-Misslam from Qatar died suddenly while covering the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup. We believe in Allah’s mercy and forgiveness for him and send our sincere deepest condolences to his family,” tweeted the Gulf Times of Qatar.

Khalid Al-Misslam’s death adds to the number of journalists who died during the coverage World Cup 2022. Previously there Grant Wahlan independent journalist from the United States, who collapsed in the Netherlands-Argentina match.
At Lusail Iconic Stadium, Grant Wahl collapsed in the media stands, received CPR assistance and finally took his last breath.
his death Grant Wahl was asked by one of the deceased’s family members. Eric, his older brother, believes that Grant Wahl was killed due to his attitude criticizing Qatar for its discrimination against LGBT activists during World Cup 2022.
