More images of Battlefield 6 leaked

Fans of the Battlefield franchise have been looking forward to the next part in the series. They won’t have to wait long for the official reveal, as EA has announced that on June 9, Battlefield 6 will be revealed. Then the setting of the game will finally be revealed.

Secretly we already know the latter, because there are new images of Battlefield 6 leaked on Twitter, after already other mysterious images had surfaced. The images are reportedly made by influencers who have started working with a pre-alpha build of the game. At first there were doubts about the authenticity of the images, but Tom Henderson – who is often right when it comes to Battlefield rumors – claims that the screenshots are real.

Is Battlefield 6 getting modern again?

After two Battlefield parts set in the past – Battlefield I was situated in the First World War, while Battlefield V World War II as the setting – according to the images, it seems that Battlefield 6 will be set in the present tense. Or maybe even take a small step into the future. What exactly it will be, will be announced the day after tomorrow by EA and DICE!

A new face may also appear on stage during the presentation. EA has last week hired a new general manager for the Battlefield franchise, which previously served the same role for the Call of Duty franchise.
