What effects does the coronavirus have on the FGYO programs?

In order to facilitate exchanges in the context of the corona crisis, the FGYO has expanded its guidelines and introduced several exception regulations that are valid until December 31, 2020:
Increase in funding rates,
Digital exchange is promoted in the same way as physical exchange,
Suspension of the deadline for submitting funding applications.
