More cars, more fun: AVTOVAZ resumed production of the famous model

The company Lada Sport, which is part of AvtoVAZ, plans to resume production of the sports version of the Lada Vesta Sportline after the end of the corporate holiday on August 18. This model is the most expensive in the AvtoVAZ car line.

According to the report, after the restart of production, Lada Vesta Sportline will be available in a richer configuration and new color options: shades of Borneo, Platinum and Coriander will be added to the classic white and black.

Earlier in July 2024, it became known that the assembly of the Lada Vesta Sportline was stopped, but AvtoVAZ did not officially mention the reasons for the stop.

Lada Vesta Sportline is equipped with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine producing 118 hp. and a five-speed manual transmission. The maximum speed of the car reaches 190 km/h, and acceleration to 100 km/h takes 10.9 seconds.

The model features reduced ground clearance and modified suspension with modified shock absorbers. The look is complemented by a body kit with flat red inserts, a spoiler, dual exhaust pipes and 17-inch wheels.
