The number of hybrid vehicles explodes on Swiss roads. The number of registrations of passenger cars with this type of engine increased by 101% in Switzerland between June this year and that of last year (1,710 in June 2019, 3,559 in June 2020 ), according to a communication Tuesday from the Federal Statistical Office. This increase is confirmed in the canton of Jura where the number of hybrid vehicles has increased from 24 to 49 in this period of time.
