/ world today news/ The good news is that the revelations about the production of “solar” electricity during the night hours have been confirmed by the data of the Electricity System Operator (ESO) itself. The bad news is that the production of “solar” electricity at night continues.
Immediately after the publication in pogled.info and in other media, the chairman of the Photovoltaic Association (FVA) Nikola Gazdov reacted like a pinched miss, announced that it was a “disguise of an invented problem”, tried to reduce the robbery to a single case, to a minor mistake and transferred responsibility to EVN-Yambol.
Although in the meantime (with letter ex. №0233/30.07.2013) he hastened to harmonize his “testimony” with the executive director of ESO Ivo Lefterov. Groundless accusations against photovoltaics, that they generate energy 32 hours a day, were spread in the public space, says Gazdov and suggests: “The reasons turned out to be technical errors in the officially published data. The ESO page clearly states that the power system generation and load data are operational. We consider it correct and in the interest of transparency to introduce an additional section in which the real data from production and consumption will be published… In this way, citizens will have access to more and more complete and correct information about the Energy sector.”

Now that the problem is “made up”, let’s “chew” it one more time and “spit out” exactly what was uploaded to the ESO site by themselves. At 0 hours 52 minutes and 32 seconds, the site shows exactly 7 kilowatts of current generated by the FPP! No kidding. It’s midnight, but the solar power plants are whipping up solar power. And on the ESO website it is clearly and categorically said: “Generation and load of the electricity system in real time”.
(
We also find confirmation in the written response of the ESO (ex. No. ТСУ. PIO-4819/09.08.2013): “The reporting of electricity production from the FTPP is carried out with commercial measuring devices (electric meters) installed at the connection point of the relevant producers… ECO, in its capacity as the electricity system operator of the Bulgarian EEC and a member of ENTSO-E, uses a real-time EEC operational control system (SCADA/EMS) that meets the most modern Bulgarian and international standards and regulations documents. The real-time generation and load data posted on the ECO site are operational, i.e. they report the current state of the Bulgarian EEC, aggregating telemetry data, both from the sites of producers directly connected to the power transmission network, and from the SCADA/DMS of the power distribution companies… The question you raised about electricity production from photovoltaic power plants ( FtEP) for the dark part of the day on 29.07.2013. against 30.09.2013, namely active power of 7 MW, it was promptly clarified that the information was due to a technical error. The error was promptly fixed…”
Next is the signature of Ivo Lefterov and the stamp of the ESO.

Before that, let’s clarify what “real time” means? In real time the earth moves on its axis. In real time we breathe air, see with our eyes, listen with our ears. Our clocks are ticking in real time. When we receive a radio signal and listen to it with an ordinary receiver, it happens in real time.
What is “unreal time” then? In the digital age, for example, we want to hear a program that is 30 minutes long. If the program is on the Internet, we can download it. But each of us will download it at a different speed depending on the technology at our disposal: one in 1 minute, another in 10, a third in 50 minutes, even though the program file is 30 minutes long. That is, the download is not real time, as opposed to receiving the same program with a classic analog receiver, where we listen to the broadcast in real time for exactly 30 minutes.
So is it really a bug and what exactly and when was it “fixed”?
Here’s what the facts show. The seven megawatts continue to be brazenly and operationally charged at night, that is, millions continue to be drained from our pockets through the “production” of electricity from photovoltaics during the dark part of the day. And on 08/04/2013 and the following nights, the sunset for the FECs does not occur until 10:00 p.m. Days after the correspondence between FVA and ESO and the assurances to correct the “mistake”, on 08/13/2013 the sun “set” at 22:00:10 hours. That night several of us watched as in real time between 21:18 and 21:30 the power from 7 rose to 19 MW. Only after the publication on 13.08.2013 in pogled.info and in other media did the “nuts” in ESO accept my advice to reset their timer. Nikola Gazdov published his comment on August 14! And that evening the sunset is reset to 20:00:48. In other words, the production of electricity from photovoltaics resets to zero at 8 in the evening!
Let’s point out one more thing: reset is not an option in the month of July. After the letters exchanged with FVA, ESO starts to reset the “production” of solar electricity at 22:00. And after the publication on 08/13/2013, the reset is now “shifted” to 8:00 p.m. And ESO admits: “The error was promptly corrected…” Until the end of August, the “sunsets” at 8:00 p.m. continued every day with capacities of 7, 6, 5 Megawatts!
A reader wrote the following comment on August 13: “Why do you think the ESO applet should be trusted? Who knows which moron wrote it and kept his hands off it.” At first I thought he was a lobbyist for FVA and ESO. But then I got between the lines. Well, the new software-remotely and locally-manipulated electricity meters that CEZ and the other ERD-crime are giving us “for free” and “with care for the customer”, didn’t they exactly drive hundreds of thousands of citizens to the streets last winter? With the software, this labeling is really super simple!
That’s why I decided to get up with the roosters on the morning of 08/18/2013 to see when the sun rises according to the ESO! I turned on the internet, opened the apps ready to catch every morning kilowatt that flew by. The sun began to rise like a July morning, even though it was August. However, the ESO timer was stuck at 0. It was 6:00, it was 7:00. The sun shone as it should, but we have megawatts, not kilowatts! From time to time I photographed the ESO page. At 8:00:14 a.m. – zero generation from FEC. And voila: at 8:00:47 a.m. – 85 Megawatt FEC generation! After another 21 seconds, they already generated 327 Megawatts!
What an incredible quantum leap within seconds!!! If the Earth stopped its rotation as abruptly and then abruptly jumped by 30-40 degrees like the photovoltaics, the seismic shocks would be at least 156 on the Richter scale, that is, 10 to the 156th degree compared to the first degree on its logarithmic scale. Simply put, the Earth would have turned into space dust. Isn’t the timer located in the central place, namely in the ESO, where the readings are reset not for single FECs, but the total aggregated figure for the whole of Bulgaria?
Now, dear reader, in the interest of transparency, as Gazdov advises, calculate how many tens of thousands per hour come out of your pocket and enter our “favorite” ERPs and so-called “Photovoltaics”? And aren’t civil servants in ESO part of the Octopus?
